Machine Feature :
1.Mainly used for pipeline industries, joint point cutting and end part cutting.
Adopt the shaft lifting structure, main feature is the center of the chuck is floating adjustable,adopt tube not move while chuck floating method, highly improve large diameter cutting. Roller body, can automatically transport cutting pipe.
2.Independent research development to optimize CNC pipe systems, auto CAD version of the engineering design can generate standard G code directly, three-dimensional simulation of the operation, node expansion, long split pipe, fittings optimization, over sized EGES DXF SAT and STL software compatibility and lifetime free upgrade process can be modified according to user needs
3.Taiwan's Advantch industrial computer can be programmed directly on the machine. Using menu-select input cutting parameters such as diameter, wall thickness, bevel angle deviation compensation data. By KASRY professional pipe cutting applications for a seamless connection.

Work process of machine
(1), programming
Programming can be directly on the machine or offline editor. Using input cutting parameter selection menu type, such as outside diameter, wall thickness, bevel Angle, deviation, compensation data, and so on. At the same time a seamless connection can be made by other professional software such as STCAD.
2), loading and unloading of workpiece
Operator initiator on the machine, the pipe placed in the tray by hoisting tools.
(3), measurement level
Operators according to pipe diameter deviation with a header hand lever level adjustment.
(4), pipe locking
With adjustable third claw automatic centering chuck locking pipe diameter.
(5), the open cut
Move the cutting head to the tube cutting, automatic positioning device automatically according to the procedure under a cut, to complete the cutting process and according to the programming.

Warranty
Ø The warranty provides shall be twelve(12) months from the date of satisfactory installation of equipment for defective components/workmanship. During one year warranty period, the supplier shall be provide free repair service in case of failure due to defective part/ component and replace defective part/component free of cost.
Ø During the 1year warranty period, the Supplier shall be provide free repair service for failure not caused by personal factors (the local transport, Visa, air ticket, food, accommodation, translation, internet, communication and travel allowance etc for foreign users should be borne by the User. Such expenses are not included in the quotation) and free replacement for various parts damaged not due to personal factors (sent to foreign users by mail or express, express and the expense borne by buyers). For the repair for failure occurred not within the warranty period, certain charges will be collected.
Ø The NC system possesses the standard functions that meet the basic functions of the control system and optional functions needed for future expanded welding. The mechanical part adopts combined, replaceable and standardized structure. Through upgrading of software and hardware, and repair and replacement of mechanical unit, the equipment can maintain long term precision and normal work.
Ø Software upgrades and process improvements shall be provided free of cost by supplier to buyer periodically
